- There is off-street parking for up to 2 cars. One to the rear and a further space at the front
- In front of the house,on the beach there is a fenced garden which is part lawn, part seating area. A gate leads directly on to the beach.
- The beach is a mostly shingle but there are sandy patches for a couple of hours either side of low water.
- To the rear of the property there is a completely enclosed, private patio area with garden furniture and a rotary clothes line.
- To the side of the house there is a lockable shed containing a charcoal-fired barbecue and a pair of reclining garden chairs.
